JSW Cement Limited, a prominent player in the Indian cement industry and part of the diversified JSW Group, is launching its highly anticipated Initial Public Offering (IPO) to raise ₹3,600 crore. The public issue opens on August 7, 2025, and closes on August 11, 2025, with a price band set at ₹139 to ₹147 per share.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹1,600 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of ₹2,000 crore, through which existing investors including SBI, Apollo Global, and Synergy Metals will offload part of their stake.
