The 20th installment of PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi of Rs 2,000 will be transferred directly to the bank accounts of farmers on 2 August 2025. It will be launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi from Varanasi. Under this installment, ₹ 20,500 crore will be distributed to about 9.7 crore farmers
Eligibility and things to ensure
To receive any instalment (especially the 20th instalment) the following are required:
- e‑KYC must be completed
- Bank account should be linked with Aadhaar
- Farmer ID must be created
- Land records should be correct and updated
How to know your status
Visit the website pmkisan.gov.in.
“Farmer Corner” → “Beneficiary Status” Enter your Aadhaar number or Registration number.
Details about your e-KYC, name in beneficiary list, payment history etc. will be visible there
